Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter is Eden Garden Fruits & Vegetable, located at Bellarine Village Shopping Centre (“the Promoter”).
The promotion is conducted to promote Eden Garden at Bellarine Village Shopping Centre.
- Promotion Period
The promotion commences at the start of the trade on Tuesday 4 August 2026 and closes at 3:00pm on Tuesday 15 September 2026.
The promotion will run for six weeks, with one prize draw conducted each week.
- Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who make an eligible purchase at Eden Garden during the Promotion Period.
Employees of Eden Garden and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
To enter, customers must:
- Spend $20 or more in a single transaction at Eden Garden during the Promotion Period.
- Receive one entry ticket for every complete $20 spent. For example, a $50 purchase will receive two entry tickets.
- Complete each ticket with their name and contact phone number.
- Place each completed ticket in the designated entry box in store.
Only complete multiples of $20 qualify for an entry. Any remaining amount cannot be carried over or combined with another transaction.
Separate receipts cannot be combined. There is no additional cost to enter.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered or contain incorrect contact information may be deemed invalid.
If an eligible purchase is returned or refunded, any entries received in connection with that purchase may be cancelled.
- Weekly Entry Periods
Each valid entry will be included only in the next available weekly draw.
Entries for each weekly draw close at 3:00pm on the relevant Draw Date. Entries received after the weekly closing time will be included in the following weekly draw.
No entries will be accepted after 3:00pm on Tuesday 15 September 2026.
Entries do not carry over after they have been included in a weekly draw.
Immediately after each weekly draw, all tickets included in that draw will be removed from the entry box and stored securely until the winner has been successfully contacted and confirmed as eligible, or until any required redraw has been completed.
The empty entry box will then be used to collect new tickets for the following Weekly Entry Period.
Before the tickets are destroyed, the Promoter will record the total number of entries included in the relevant weekly draw.
Once the weekly winner has been confirmed and a redraw is no longer required, the physical entry tickets from that Weekly Entry Period will be securely destroyed.
- Prize Draws
One winner will be selected each week by random draw at:

Bellarine Village Shopping Centre
9–10/27–37 Bellarine Highway, Newcomb VIC 3219
The draws will take place at 3:00pm on the following dates:
- Draw 1: Tuesday 11 August 2026
- Draw 2: Tuesday 18 August 2026
- Draw 3: Tuesday 25 August 2026
- Draw 4: Tuesday 1 September 2026
- Draw 5: Tuesday 8 September 2026
- Draw 6: Tuesday 15 September 2026
Each valid entry will have a random and equal chance of being drawn.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
If the selected entry is incomplete, illegible, invalid or belongs to an ineligible entrant, another entry will be drawn.
A person may submit multiple valid entries but may win a maximum of one prize during the Promotion Period. If a previous winner is drawn again, another entry will be selected.
- Prizes
There are six prizes available.
Each weekly winner will receive one Eden Garden hamper valued at approximately $50.
The total prize pool is valued at approximately $300.
The contents of each hamper may vary depending on product availability.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If a product included in a hamper becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, it may be replaced with a product of equal or greater value in accordance with applicable law.
- Winner Notification and Announcement
Each winner will be contacted as soon as practicable and no later than two business days after the relevant draw.
The winner will be notified in writing by SMS using the phone number provided on their entry ticket. The Promoter may also attempt to contact the winner by phone.
After the winner has been successfully contacted and confirmed as eligible, their first name and surname initial will be announced on the Eden Garden Facebook page and shared on the Bellarine Village Shopping Centre Facebook page.
The announcement will be published on the relevant Draw Date or, if required, no later than two business days after the draw.
If a redraw is required, the replacement winner will be announced within two business days of being successfully contacted and confirmed.
A winner’s phone number or other contact information will not be published.
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the limited publication of their first name and surname initial if they win.
- Prize Collection and Redraws
Prizes must be collected from Eden Garden at Bellarine Village Shopping Centre on a mutually agreed date and time.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.
If a winner cannot be identified or contacted after at least two contact attempts over seven calendar days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the valid entries received during the same Weekly Entry Period.
Any redraw will take place at the same location, and the replacement winner will be contacted using the same process as the original winner.
All prizes will be provided to winners within 28 days of the relevant draw or redraw.
- Personal Information
Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used only to:
- administer the promotion;
- validate entries and entrant eligibility;
- conduct the weekly draws;
- contact winners;
- arrange prize collection; and
- announce winners as described in these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants’ personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless they provide separate consent.
Personal information will only be accessed or shared by Eden Garden, the Promoter, Bellarine Village Shopping Centre Management or contractors where reasonably required to administer the promotion. It will not be disclosed or used for unrelated purposes.
Physical entry tickets will be stored securely and will be securely destroyed after the relevant weekly winner has been confirmed and any redraw is no longer required.
The Promoter will retain limited administrative records required by law, including entry counts, draw records, winner records and records of prize distribution, for three years after the promotion has been finalised.
- General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, altered, incomplete or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable laws and entrants’ rights under Australian Consumer Law.
